Dr. Riley uses safe and supple saline breast implants, the most frequently used type of implant in the United States. Saline breast implants may vary in texture, volume, thickness and shape. Saline implant sizes typically range from 120cc to 850cc. Your implant size will be based on how many cc's of saline will be used to fill up the breast implant. Dr Riley will take into account your existing breast tissue, where the implant is to be placed (either under or over the pectoral muscle) and your current shape and make recommendations.
