Dr. David Stapenhorst of Signature Plastic Surgery offers tummy tucks to the residents of Houston, Sugar Land and the surrounding Texas communities. There are two types of tummy tuck procedures he performs. One is a traditional tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, which removes excess fat and skin from the lower abdomen to just above the belly button. The other is a mini tummy tuck, which is recommended by Dr. Stapenhorst for patients whose excess skin and fat is limited to the area below the belly button. Dear Patients,

I am announcing the closure of my practice, Signature Plastic Surgery. Effective December 31, 2022, I
will be moving on to a new practice opportunity. I have enjoyed serving the people of Sugar Land since
2008. This has been a difficult decision for me to make, but I am looking forward to the new
opportunity, and I know that I will look back fondly on the past 14 years.
