Breast Enhancement in Sugar Land, TX

Dr. David Stapenhorst of Signature Plastic Surgery offers several Breast Procedures to the communities of Sugar Land, Texas, and Houston, Texas. Dr. Stapenhorst offers the following Breast Procedures: breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, breast reconstruction and male breast reduction.

Under what circumstances does Dr. David Stapenhorst recommend Breast Procedures?

In general, Dr. Stapenhorst recommends breast augmentation to women who want to have fuller breasts. Breast augmentation is performed by inserting saline or silicone implants under or on top of the muscles of the chest.

A breast lift procedure is performed on women who have sagging breasts and nipples that point downwards, often as a result of breastfeeding, weight loss or genetics. The breast lift procedure typically requires Dr. Stapenhorst to remove excess skin and breast tissue.

Women who have breasts that are too large for their frames often experience sore backs and bruised shoulders from ill-fitting bras. Breast reduction surgery offers these women the opportunity to reduce their breast size, making their breasts more proportionate to their frames.

Breast cancer survivors often have one or both breasts removed. Dr. Stapenhorst performs breast reconstruction procedures to repair the defect caused by breast removal in these women. Breast reconstruction is performed by using skin and tissue from other areas of the body to shape new breasts.

Gynecomastia, or enlarged breasts, is a condition that affects men of all ages. Dr. Stapenhorst recommends male breast reduction to these patients. During the procedure, Dr. Stapenhorst removes excess skin and tissue from the breasts, giving the male patient a more masculine appearance.

Dear Patients,

I am announcing the closure of my practice, Signature Plastic Surgery. Effective December 31, 2022, I

2008. This has been a difficult decision for me to make, but I am looking forward to the new
opportunity, and I know that I will look back fondly on the past 14 years.
